All programs are designed in a comprehensive way and require minimum equipment. The programs can be done in any gym (for the strength training) and in any outside area (for agility and cardio training). Regarding your level and needs you will receive strength training, core strength routine, agility workouts, cardio training workouts and a flexibility routine. You will have a program with 3 to 6 hours of training per week. Select the right fitness program regarding your gender, age and level.
